The Data Loss Incident is a catastrophic server error that occurred on 16 April 2023 due to the server running out of storage.
Cause
The server hosting bnbmc 1.3 had run out of storage due to the Bluemap plugin.
Repercussions
Permissions
All permissions were corrupted, so they were reset to their default values.
IoM
Most data was recovered, however some maps were lost.
Telecom
All carriers and cell towers were erased. Most of them were recreated later on.
