Yavtelecom S.R.i is a publicly owned integrally responsible company in Yavno. It is the mother company of BellCom and Cosmote, mainly funded by the Government of Yavno. Its headquarters are located in the city of Avești, alongside its daughter companies.
Yavtelecom serves the telecommunications market in Yavno, together with On when Off.
