TAY, formerly Victor's Interesting Country, is a country consisting of six states that was founded in September 2018. The name TAY means "West" in Vietnamese.
History
The present area where vic is now was founded right at the start of the server (2017). The warp happened to be called `vic` and was given a backronym in 2018 as "Victor's Interesting City" and subsequently "Victor's Interesting Country". The lack of a formal name in 2017 is also partially the reason the VIC AirCS station is (still) called "theStation"

Geography
TAY consists of six states: Hyrule, Gesnooze, Namia, Touring, Cuebeck, and Geheugen.
