Purple, Inc. is a company, as well as a province of the Solstice Federation. It is owned by Purple Holding, Inc., which also owns Purple Commerce, Inc. Purple Holdings, Inc. is entirely owned by Ashe, who is also the chief executive officer and sole board member of Purple, Inc.
History
Unnamed Solstan Province
Unnamed Solstan Province was founded on 10 December 2023. At the same time, the Provincial Court of Unnamed Solstan Province was established, with its chief justice being Ashe.
Incorporation as Purple, Inc.
Unnamed Solstan Province was formally incorporated as Purple, Inc. on 20 December 2023, becoming the first corporate province of Solstice Federation.
Purple Holdings, Inc
Purple Holdings, Inc. was founded on 22 December 2023, and all shares in Purple, Inc. got transferred to it. Purple Commerce, Inc. was founded as a subsidiary of Purple Holdings, Inc. for the purpose of being able to do business with other entities without being constrained by the Solstan constitution's limit on the power that provinces have.
