Slowtown

Slowtown is a settlement in the Open Republic located in the bnbmc2 world. It was created on the day bnbmc 1.4 launched. It is named after the Twenty One Pilots song of the same name. Unlike most of the Open Republic it is heavily based on the United Kingdom with various British street furniture. It is loosely based on the Clygro's local area.

History

It was founded in November 2023 as the first Open Republic settlement in the bnbmc2 world. Due to Clygro being unhappy about how the server was handled it was abandoned for nearly 3 months. In February 2023 it started to be built.

Landmarks

• Knife Building, a building that is shaped like a knife on the exterior, it contains a ClyRail station and a Tesco.
• The Kabin, a convenience store with two residential flats above.
• Best Kebab, a kebab shop.
