September 2024 Solstan federal election

A federal election was held in Solstice on 4 September 2024. The election was triggered when Prime Minister Raina dissolved the Federal Parliament 3 days earlier, on 1 September 2024.
The election resulted in an equal split between two party alliances, Association of Solstan Socialists-Party In Servitude to Solstice and Bohemia's Opposition On Building Solstice-S.H.I.T. This caused lengthy negotiations, that 4 days later, on 8 September 2024, lead to an ASS-PISS-SHIT coalition, led by Raina. At 3 days, this makes it the longest government formation in Solstan history.
Participating parties
All but one party in the Federal Parliament contested the election. No new parties participated. Conservatives Opposing the Coalition Killing Solstice had been dissolved shorty before the election, and thus did not contest the election.

Background
At the time of the June 2024 federal election, S.H.I.T. felt more closely aligned with the Association of Solstan Socialists and the Party in Servitude to Solstice. The three parties, with their two-thirds majority, formed a government led by Raina.
S.H.I.T. was dissatisfied with its inability to gain much from the other two parties, whenever there was a disagreement.
Campaign
The campaign was characterized by accusations towards the Association of Solstan Socialists from both S.H.I.T. and the Party in Servitude to Solstice of being dishonest and inconsistent. The latter was notable, as it had been a strong ally of the party during the last parliamentary term.
Results
Seats in the Federal Parliament are allocated equal to the amount of votes a party gets.
Bohemia's Opposition On Building Solstice saw a significant gain in seats, challenging the dominance of the Association of Solstan Socialists.
