- On 10 May 2021, Squid Airlines Flight 501, a P-61 enroute from Victor's Interesting City Jambalaya Airport to Melanie City Discovision Intercontinental Airport, ran out of fuel while overflying Midcity. The aircraft failed to glide to safety and crashed into trees in South Midcity, causing 6 deaths.
- On 15 January 2024, Squid Airlines Flight 9000, a Boing 737 enroute from Melanie City Southwest International Airport to Zalora Zenith Airport, encountered a rapid decompression, causing incapacitation of the pilot. The aircraft subsequently crashed into Szki Lanes, resulting in 2 deaths.
